Konto und Daten löschen

Diese Seite erklärt, wie du dein Streakly-Tracker-Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten dauerhaft löschen lässt. Die Löschung ist kostenlos und erfordert keine Begründung.
So beantragst du die Löschung
Option A — per E-Mail (empfohlen)
- Schreibe eine E-Mail an info@steintecdev.com mit dem Betreff
Streakly Tracker - Konto löschen. - Nenne im Text die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich in der App registriert hast. Falls du nur einen Gast-Account ohne E-Mail nutzt, gib stattdessen deinen Invite-Code aus Profil → Freunde an.
- Wir bestätigen den Eingang innerhalb von 72 Stunden und löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Option B — in der App (falls integriert)
- Öffne Streakly Tracker.
- Gehe zu Profil → Account → Konto löschen.
- Bestätige die Löschung. Dein lokales Gerät wird sofort zurückgesetzt, deine Cloud-Daten werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen endgültig entfernt.
Welche Daten gelöscht werden
- Firebase-Authentifizierungs-Account (E-Mail, Passwort-Hash, UID)
- Alle Gewohnheiten, Streaks, Check-Ins und Notizen
- Journal-Einträge
- Coin-Guthaben und Shop-Inventar
- Öffentliches Freunde-Profil, Invite-Code, Display-Name
- Teilnahmen an Gruppen-Challenges
- Push-Notification-Tokens
- Geteilte Habit-Vorlagen, die du erstellt hast

Delete Your Account and Data
Effective: April 23, 2026
This page explains how to permanently delete your Streakly Tracker account and all associated data. Deletion is free and does not require a reason.
How to request deletion
Option A — by email (recommended)
- Send an email to info@steintecdev.com with subject
Streakly Tracker - Delete account. - Include the email address you used to sign up. If you use a guest account without an email, include your invite code from Profile → Friends instead.
- We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and delete your account within 30 days.
Option B — in the app (if available)
- Open Streakly Tracker.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your local device is reset immediately, cloud data is purged within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Firebase authentication account (email, password hash, UID)
- All habits, streaks, check-ins, and notes
- Journal entries
- Coin balance and shop inventory
- Public friends profile, invite code, display name
- Group challenge participations
- Push notification tokens
- Habit templates you shared
What we may have to retain
